• Burn your candle in a well-ventilated room, away from drafts, or fans. This will prevent black marks on the vessel and an uneven burn.

  • Let your candle burn long enough to melt the wax to each side of the glass. This will prevent your candle from tunnelling. Recommended burn time is 4 hours to avoid the wick from moving or slanting due to an uneven burn.

  • Avoid direct sunlight. We know sunlight is appealing for us but it’s not good for your candle. Keep it stored in a cool, dry place for the best burn experience.

  • When it's time to extinguish the flame avoid blowing it out. Instead use a candle snuffer. This will prevent your wick from smoking and wax from splattering onto nearby surfaces.

  • Keep your wax clean and avoid leaving wick debris when upon trimming.

  • Tame your flame with a wick trimmer. This will keep your flame contained and keep your candle burning correctly. Your wick should be approximately .25” long.

  • Keep your candle container clean by wiping it down with a damp cloth if you see any soot on the sides of the vessel.
